Teachers Union invited to give opinion on homeschooling in California case

The California Teachers Union has been invited by the court to provide its opinion on homeschooling.

As this article from World Net Daily shares, the ruling in the Long case in California was intended to extend its reach beyond the case before it -- ajudicating the matter of the Long family -- and instead try to make law concerning homeschooling.

Someone I work with at CHEC has an interesting comment on the judge himself, it's one of the March 12th entries.

Boy, oh, boy, oh boy would I really like to be invited by a court to give my opinion about public school and how it should be regulated!!!!
