Rio Bravo

My dad is a huge John Wayne fan. We grew up watching John Wayne films. They bring a sort of comfort to me of times that were sweet, safe and secure.

Rio Bravo was on today. And I forgot that Deano sang in it. As I struggled with a tension headache it brought me joy to listen to his silky voice.

My dad was, too. One in particular I remember him talking about was "Rooster Cogburn."

This was a beautiful song. It eased my tension a bit, too!
