We made these tonight for dinner. Hubby was home for the afternoon while I was watching Paula Dean's cooking show.
A recipe for chicken-wrapped with bacon was on and his taste buds got to drooling...
My 7-year old had such a great time with me wrapping the chicken (she loves the feel of uncooked bacon in her hands) and rolling it in the brown sugar mixture.

BARF.
I still make Husband do most of the dealing with raw meat of any sort. Bacon I'm able to handle with tongs, so it's doable. Hamburger--no way.
That said, these sound horribly delicious, and horribly bad for me! Why do those two always seem to go hand in hand?
These were too good! We cannot make these on a regular basis. Even my one daughter who isn't a big meat eater told me how much she loved these!
I think they'd make a good Super Bowl treat! :-)
Not a bad idea...I am looking for something to bring to a Superbowl party. Maybe I could do a combo of these and those bacon-wrapped thingys P-Dub makes.
