Our 7-year old has been learning the finer arts of architecture. You see, cuissenaire rods are not to be used strictly for math concepts. They can become a home for one-inch Wendy and we can study the concept of load and balance.
And of course, Lincoln Logs are a home for her Liddle Kiddles.
