I forgot to mention that Monday morning was also frought with some medical issues.
I work part-time in a doctor's office as a receptionist. I got a call from my oldest daughter telling me she had sliced open her toe on a medal bedframe and it hasn't stopped bleeding in just over an hour.
So, hubby had to cart her into the office, but couldn't stay as he had to get back to work. She was examined, and then her wound was cauterized and we're good to go. We set her to doing busy work while we waited for hubby to return after my shift was over to cart us both home.
We've got the car with the brake issues back and it's working like a charm (which, of course, it should after $600 worth of parts and labor).

Oh, ouch! I hate toe injuries! I generally always get them at the beach and it is such a buzz kill!
