Even though I wasn't alive in the 60s (or 70s, for that matter), the music often makes me very nostalgic. Nostalgic for a time when I lived and a time when I didn't.
I think today's leaders and today's flavor of liberals were born out of the 60s (not necessarily born in the 60s), which makes the last line of this presentation true: it was the end of a certain era of innocence. And that makes me sad...
